As Financial Coordinator at People for Animal Wellbeing (PAW), Cynthia manages records of donations, sponsorships, shelter programs, and online supporters while also providing accounting, payroll, and recruitment support. She plays an active role on the Health and Safety committee and oversees invoicing of shelter services.

Cynthia holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Candidate.

She is fluent in English and Spanish. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and human resources within multinational manufacturing companies, as well as over 5 years in non-profit financials, she brings a unique blend of corporate discipline and community-focused expertise to her role.
