
Director of Development: Stacey Couturier, Candidate for CFRE, CPHR, BEd, BA
As Director of Development at People for Animal Wellbeing (PAW), Stacey leads fundraising, donor engagement, and corporate partnership efforts to ensure the organization has the resources to deliver community programming for animals and families in the community.
With a background in community engagement, fundraising, human resources, and event development, Stacey has spent over 25 years working in roles that connect people to purpose. Most recently, prior to joining PAW, she served as Resource Development Manager for Hospice SENB, and her career also includes experience in business and hospitality with a focus on donor relations and corporate sponsorship. She brings both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to community impact.
Beyond her work at PAW, Stacey is an active volunteer, giving her time through the Canadian Progress Club and various other philanthropic initiatives that support her community. At PAW, Stacey is focused on strengthening the PAW Plan monthly giving program and leading signature events such as the Royale Putt for PAW and PAWs Walk.
Stacey shares her home with her beloved mini-schnauzer Mason, who keeps her days filled with joy and energy. She is passionate about connecting people to causes that matter and believes strongly in the power of community to create lasting change: for animals, families, and beyond.
