Tanya brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and currently serves as Director of Talent Management at Major Drilling. She has worked with global organizations across Canada in both industry and academia, specializing in succession planning, leadership development, organizational change, and program improvement.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration, Tanya blends strategic insight with a people-centred approach to help organizations build strong teams and positive workplace cultures. On PAW’s Board of Directors, she contributes her expertise in human resources while supporting the organization’s commitment to sustainability and staff wellbeing.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys planning home improvement projects, organizing family trips, trying new recipes, walking her dog Lola, and getting lost in a good book.
