Tina re-joined PAW’s Board of Directors in June 2024 and brings extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and change leadership. She holds certifications in Human Resources, Mental Health Leadership, and Prosci Change Enablement, along with specialized training in workplace investigations and leave management.

A passionate volunteer with international service experience, Tina is known for her strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships. Her “superpower” lies in bringing people together to create positive, lasting impact. Through her board service, she supports PAW by contributing expertise that strengthens organizational culture and people-focused practices.
