Hi, I'm Josie!
It’s nice to meet you! Adopting can be a wonderful experience for us!
Please ensure you have an appropriate accessories when adopting me.
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $450 - Josie may be 5 years old, but her heart says she's 6 months! This young-at-heart Husky is a rambunctious, energetic girl with an exuberant personality and enough enthusiasm to keep you on your toes. If you're looking for a canine adventure buddy who is always ready to go, Josie might be your girl! Josie knows most of her basic cues, but her brain moves a mile a minute, so sometimes those cues go in one ear and straight out the other! She's eager to learn, though, and with patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement, she has so much potential. And let's talk about her springs... because Josie apparently has bounce built into her back legs! This large lady doesn't quite understand how big or heavy she is and may launch herself at you or onto you with all the enthusiasm of a tiny puppy. Her new family will need to help her learn some manners and appropriate ways to show her excitement. Josie is looking for a home without young children or other animals. She can be very protective of her food and toys around other animals and will not be polite about sharing, so she needs a family who understands resource guarding and is prepared to manage it responsibly. In the right home, Josie will be a fun-loving, energetic companion who is ready to learn, explore, adventure, and soak up all the love she can get. Whether you're heading out for a walk, exploring somewhere new, or working on her training, Josie is ready to be by your side. Her next chapter is waiting-and this spirited Husky girl is ready to start writing it.
