Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $250 - Meet Salem, a handsome all-black senior gentleman with a whole lot of life, love, and stories to tell! This distinguished fellow was surrendered to the shelter when his previous family moved, and while we know saying goodbye was difficult, Salem is ready to turn the page and find a new family to call his own. If you're looking for a quiet, mysterious cat... well, Salem may have missed that memo! This boy is quite the conversationalist and has plenty to say. He meows often, loves being involved in whatever is happening, and would be happy to supervise all your daily activities. We're pretty sure if you sit down and listen long enough, he'll tell you all about his adventures! Salem is full of life and affection and loves being part of the family. He is good with children and other pets, making him a wonderful companion for a home where he can be included in the action. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, moving around the house, or simply going about your day, Salem wants to be right there with you. As a senior gentleman, Salem does have some important medical needs. He has experienced urinary issues in the past and will need to remain on a Urinary S/O diet for life. His future family will need to be committed to keeping him on his prescribed diet and being mindful of his urinary health. Salem may be a senior, but he certainly hasn't slowed down when it comes to loving life! He's got a big personality, an even bigger heart, and apparently an endless supply of things to say.
